From a young age I have always had the vision of developing a service that incorporates everything you need, to ensure your body is performing at its optimum. Gradually recruiting an outstanding team we have now built a company that has the skills and resources that will educate and futureproof your body.

My personal experience is in sports therapy and rehabilitation. Working previously as the Lead Sports Therapist for Switzerland Netball and Head of Performance at England Dodgeball, my responsibilities included overseeing athlete care and injury prevention systems, as well as directing athlete care pathways.

Maddie Sheen BSc Hons

Sports  & Injury Rehabilitation Therapist

I studied for my degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Gloucestershire. This is where I truly fell in love with sports therapy learning the skills to assess, treat and rehabilitate injuries.

My passion to learn about sports therapy first grew from a young age from my background in acrobatic gymnastics. From competing at a national level, this came with a number of injuries.

With this experience, I understand first-hand how injuries can affect the physical and mental state of someone. This continued passion is reflected into my practice, helping individuals return back to their optimum levels of function and educating them to prevent reinjury.
