Sunil Ram BSc (Hons) BASEM
Managing Director and Clinical Lead
I graduated in 2012 and have since built extensive experience in sports therapy and rehabilitation, including work at the elite level of sport. I’ve had the privilege of serving as Lead Sports Therapist for Switzerland Netball and as Head of Performance at England Dodgeball, where I was responsible for athlete care, injury prevention systems, and performance pathways.

Today, I lead the most highly rated MSK and physiotherapy clinic in Bedfordshire.
What began as a personal vision to create a service that brought together everything needed to keep the body performing at its best has developed into a thriving organisation. With the support of an exceptional team, I’ve built a clinic recognised not only for delivering expert care but also for driving innovation, education, and long-term solutions that empower people to futureproof their bodies.
Maddie Sheen BSc (Hons)
Sports Rehabilitation Therapist & Clinic Manager

I studied for my degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Gloucestershire, where I discovered my true passion for the field. During this time, I developed the skills to assess, treat, and rehabilitate a wide range of injuries.

My interest in sports therapy began at a young age through my background in acrobatic gymnastics. Competing at a national level came with its fair share of injuries, which gave me first-hand experience of how physical setbacks can impact both the body and the mind.

This personal journey shaped my approach to therapy. I understand the challenges injuries bring, and I’m committed to helping individuals return to their optimal level of function. My continued passion is reflected in my practice, where I not only focus on recovery but also on educating people to reduce the risk of reinjury and future-proof their bodies.
Vishal Jhally MSc Physiotherapy HCPC

Physiotherapist

With a degree in Sports Therapy and a Master’s in Physiotherapy (completed with distinction at the University of Hertfordshire), I approach pain and injury from both a clinical and functional perspective.

As an evidence-based practitioner, I’m committed to treating a wide range of conditions with the goal of achieving long-term, sustainable change.

My career has included valuable experience in both the private sector and the NHS, where I developed strong triage skills. I’ve assessed and directed the care of countless patients, ensuring they receive the right treatment pathways quickly and effectively.

This background has sharpened my ability to identify issues early, provide clear guidance, and deliver truly patient-centred care.
Vijay Randhawa BSc (Hons)

Physiotherapist

I’m a physiotherapist with a strong background in elite-level sport, currently part of the medical team at Arsenal Football Club.
Working at one of the world’s top football clubs has given me invaluable experience in performance rehabilitation, injury prevention, and athlete management at the highest level.

My time in elite sport has shaped the way I approach physiotherapy — combining evidence-based treatment with a performance mindset to help every individual move, recover, and perform at their best.
Whether I’m working with professional athletes or everyday clients, I’m passionate about delivering the same level of care, precision, and attention to detail that’s expected in top-tier sport.

I’m excited to bring that experience to the clinic and be part of a team that shares the same commitment to excellence.
Perry Aston BSc (Hons)

Physiotherapist
I graduated from Coventry University with a strong background in gymnastics, where I competed at a high level and later moved into coaching. This foundation gave me a deep appreciation for the demands of sport, the importance of correct movement patterns, and the impact injuries can have on both performance and wellbeing.

Through years of competing and coaching, I developed a strong eye for technique and an understanding of how to optimise the body for strength, flexibility, and resilience. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy and rehabilitation, where I place a strong emphasis on functional movement, injury prevention, and long-term performance.

My goal is to use my expertise to guide individuals through their recovery, help them return to the activities they love, and provide the tools and education needed to reduce the risk of reinjury. Whether working with athletes or those simply wanting to move better and feel stronger, I bring both technical knowledge and practical insight to every session.
